If your business doesn't have a site yet, or your current one feels outdated, start with web design. If you have a site but your logo, brand colors, or marketing materials feel inconsistent or unprofessional, that's a graphic design conversation. Most clients end up needing a bit of both, since a consistent visual identity makes a website look far more credible, and a well-designed website is where that identity actually gets used. If you're not sure, just tell us where things stand and we'll point you in the right direction rather than upsell you on something you don't need yet.

Modern WordPress themes have come a long way, with many now offering real customization depth, multiple layout options, and easy graphic and image replacement, so a well-chosen template can absolutely deliver a polished, professional result without the custom-build price tag. Where full custom design tends to pull ahead is for brand or company representational sites, where every layout choice and interaction is built specifically around your identity rather than adapted from someone else's structure. Which route makes sense really depends on your budget and how much your site needs to stand out versus just work well, and we'll tell you honestly which fits your situation.

Having your text and images ready in advance speeds things up, but it's not a requirement. If you don't have professional copy yet, we offer copywriting as an add-on service, and we can also guide you on what images or branding assets you'll eventually need. Don't let missing content hold you back from reaching out, since we can build around placeholder content and swap it in later if needed.

It starts with a quote request where you tell us about your project, followed by a short back-and-forth to nail down scope and price. Once agreed, we move into design, share drafts for your feedback, revise based on your input, then build and test the final version before handing it over. The exact number of check-in points depends on the package, but you're never left waiting without visibility into progress.

This depends on the package. Our pricing page lists exactly how many revision rounds come with each tier, and additional rounds beyond that are available for a small fee per revision. In practice, most projects settle within the included rounds because we start from a clear brief rather than guessing at your vision.

Yes. While we're based in Romania and most of our work is with Romanian businesses, the entire process, including quotes, communication, file delivery, and payments, works just as well remotely for international clients. Distance isn't a barrier to a smooth project.

Small fixes shortly after launch are usually covered as part of wrapping up the project. For anything beyond that, like content updates, new pages, or design tweaks months later, we offer ongoing maintenance at an additional cost, or if your site runs on a proper CMS, you can often make simple changes yourself.

Once the project is paid in full, you get usage rights to the final approved design and website deliverables. Any draft concepts, unused directions, or work-in-progress files we didn't end up using stay with us, since those represent our process rather than your final product.

Yes, redesigns and rebrands are common requests, not exceptions. We'll look at what you currently have, figure out what's worth keeping versus starting fresh, and make sure the new direction doesn't alienate customers who already recognize your brand.

Yes, maintenance is available as an add-on for clients who want updates, content changes, or technical upkeep handled without doing it themselves. This is priced separately from the initial build, since ongoing support is a different kind of commitment than a one-time project.

At minimum, we need a clear idea of your business, your goals for the project, and your budget range. Beyond that, useful extras include your existing logo, any brand guidelines, reference websites you like, and any text or images you already have, but none of this is a hard requirement before we can start talking.

Most projects involve an upfront deposit followed by milestone or completion payments, agreed on a per-project basis in your quote. We accept bank transfer, Revolut Business transfer, and card payments via Netopia. Full details are outlined in the quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

We can guide you through choosing a domain name and recommend hosting options suited to your project, though we don't currently sell or manage domains and hosting directly ourselves. For most builds, we work within platforms like WordPress or WebWave that simplify this setup considerably.

Yes. Many clients start with logo and brand identity work, then move directly into web design using that same visual foundation, which keeps everything consistent and often costs less than commissioning the two separately. Ask us about bundling if you need both.

That's completely normal, and probably the most common starting point. Reach out through our quote form with whatever you do know, even just that you think you need a website but aren't sure what kind, and we'll ask the right questions to figure out the rest together.
